We started Feel Heard with a simple belief, that sometimes, what people need most isn’t advice, solutions, or labels. It’s someone to listen.
In a world that moves quickly, where conversations are often rushed or distracted, it’s easy to feel overlooked. Even when you’re surrounded by people, you might still feel like no one is truly hearing you. That’s where we come in.

Why we created Feel Heard
We created Feel Heard from a place that’s very real to us.
There were times in our lives when we needed someone to talk to, but didn’t feel like we had anyone we could reach out to. Not because people didn’t care, but because it’s not always easy to open up to friends or family.
We realised other people felt the same way.
That space in between, where you’re not looking for therapy, not looking to be fixed, you just want someone to listen, properly, without judgement.
A space for those moments. For anyone who feels overwhelmed, lonely, or just needs to talk things through out loud. A place where you can have a real, human conversation, feel understood, and know that in that moment, you’re not alone.
